Procurement includes provision of medical health insurance services for employees covering hospitalization and maternity benefits for one year renewable period - bidding will be conducted through EPADS using single stage single envelope procedure under PPRA rules - bidders must be AA plus rated insurance companies registered with tax authorities and listed on active taxpayer list - bids must be submitted electronically before deadline and opened same day - bid security of PKR 118500 required in form of bank guarantee call deposit or pay order with original submission - incomplete or non compliant bids will be rejected and selection will be based on cost criteria Pro Tip Ensure submission of valid bid security and compliance with eligibility criteria including insurance rating and EPADS registration to qualify
