Construction Of Monument At Entry Point Gujranwala Tender Notice
Description
Construction of a monument at the entry point of Gujranwala on G.T. Road, Sadhoke. Estimated cost is PKR 3,950,000. Bid security is 5% of the estimated cost, equivalent to PKR 197,500, payable online through Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids are invited from contractors registered on Punjab e-Procurement System and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes for financial year 2026-27. The estimate is based on MRS 2nd Bi-annual 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically by 18 November 2026 at 1:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM in the District Council Hall, Gujranwala. Selection will be on the least-cost basis. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Bidders quoting more than 4.99% below the technical sanction estimate must deposit additional performance security under applicable PPRA and Works Rules 2017.
