Procurement includes construction of 10 government colleges on need basis including degree college for boys Mansehra city and sub head GGDC Wazir Bagh Peshawar covering full civil and allied works - bidding will be conducted through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure under KPPRA rules - bidders must submit separate technical and financial proposals electronically - bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost along with stamp duty and tender fee required - bids must be submitted before deadline and financial bids will be opened after approval of technical bids - bidders must provide PEC registration KPRA and FBR active status technical staff details machinery and financial soundness documents - pre bid meeting scheduled on 31-03-2026 at 11:00 AM Pro Tip Ensure submission of complete technical documentation and compliance with EPADS requirements to qualify for evaluation
