Construction Janaz Gah Chak 14 Wb Vehari Tender Notice
Description
Construction of Janaz Gah at Chak No. 14/WB, District Vehari. Estimated cost is PKR 5,000,000 and earnest money is 5%, equivalent to PKR 250,000. Contractors and firms must be eligible under the bidding documents and enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for financial year 2026-27 wherever applicable. Bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System by 14 November 2026 at 1:00 PM and will be opened the same day at 1:30 PM. Bid security must be furnished through a digital bank guarantee transmitted by the issuing bank through SWIFT MT760 in favour of the Chief Officer, District Council Vehari, using the generated PSID and correct tender reference. Physical securities are not accepted. Successful bidder must furnish performance security of 5% of contract price through SWIFT MT760 under Rule 56 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Financial bids must contain unit rates, item-wise amounts and grand total; percentage-based or incomplete bids are rejected. Bid validity is 60 days.
