Printers Scanners Water Dispensers Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement under Lot 2 comprising 10 printers estimated at PKR 1,357,000, five scanners estimated at PKR 507,400 and five water dispensers estimated at PKR 320,000. Combined estimated lot price is PKR 2,184,400 inclusive of the listed item prices, with bid security of PKR 37,288, representing 2% of the estimated price. National competitive bidding through Punjab e-Procurement System under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, Rule 38(2)(a), using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and least cost selection. Joint ventures and consortia are not permitted. Bidding documents are available free of cost through PPRA Punjab and the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be completed, signed and stamped and submitted online. Bid security is submitted lot-wise online in accordance with e-Procurement System guidelines.
