Repair and one-year annual maintenance contract for one Philips CT Scan Machine, 16 slices, Model MX-16, at Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi. Estimated cost is PKR 17,500,000 and required bid security is PKR 350,000, equivalent to 2% of the tender value. Bidders must be reputable firms experienced in the relevant field and registered for GST, PST, income tax and Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure shall be followed under the applicable PPRA Rules.
