Electronic bids invited for upgradation of generator and power transformer protection relays for units 1 to 10 on delivered duty paid basis - bidders must be OEMs authorized distributors suppliers or contractors registered with FBR and PEC and listed on active taxpayer list - bid security required PKR 9532000 - single stage single envelope procedure through EPADS - bid submission deadline 30 April 2026 at 1100 hours and opening at 1130 hours same day at designated venue - contract completion period ten months - original bid security must be submitted before closing time
