Security Services Framework Contract Tertiary Care Hospitals Tender Notice
Description
Centralized framework contract for provision of security services in tertiary care hospitals under the administrative control of the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department for financial year 2026-27. Estimated tender cost is PKR 3,600,000,000 and bid security is 0.5% of estimated cost, equivalent to PKR 18,000,000. Eligible bidders must be registered on Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Joint procurement is departmental; hospitals under the department will enter into contracts or issue purchase orders to the successful bidder according to their respective requirements. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure applies under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid validity is 180 days from opening. Hard copies are not required. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 4 November 2026 at 12:00 hours in the department committee room; meeting minutes will be uploaded and treated as an addendum to the bidding documents.
