Prequalification of firms and contractors for the project Religious Tourism Conservation and Preservation of Worship Places for Minorities. Eligible firms and contractors must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence renewed for the financial year 2026-27 in Category C-5, C-4 or a higher category. Prequalification shall be conducted in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. Interested firms and contractors must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit the required registration information. Registered applicants may download the prequalification and request for proposal documents, including detailed requirements, terms and conditions and evaluation criteria, free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Applications must include all required documents and supporting evidence demonstrating relevant qualifications and experience in executing similar projects. Applications must be submitted exclusively online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Only prequalified firms and contractors will be invited to participate in the subsequent bidding process. The Evaluation Committee reserves the right to prequalify or reject applications in accordance with the prescribed evaluation criteria and PPRA Rules.
