Electric Bus Stops Construction Tender Notice
Description
Establishment and construction of bus stops and shelters for electric buses within the jurisdiction of the municipal corporation. The estimated cost of the scheme is PKR 9.342 million, with earnest money at 5% of the estimated cost. Completion period shall be as specified in the work order. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Interested firms and contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and registered on EP-Punjab for the financial year 2025-26. Bidding documents must be obtained through EP-Punjab or the PPRA website, and bids must be uploaded electronically. Manual bids, conditional tenders and tenders without earnest money will not be accepted. Reuse of the same Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) for multiple schemes may result in rejection. No alterations or amendments in electronically quoted bids are permitted. Applicable government taxes shall be paid by the contractor. The lowest bidder quoting 5% or more below the estimated cost must deposit additional performance security in the form of CDR.
