Procurement Of Electrical Cleaning Hardware And General Item Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes supply of multiple categories of goods on framework contract basis including - electrical and lighting items - cleaning and hygiene items - general and miscellaneous items - kitchen and dining items - hardware tools and maintenance items - electronic accessories and batteries - bed boxes and niwar items - bidding will be conducted through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA rules - bidders must submit separate technical and financial bids along with technical samples of all items - bid security required at 3 percent of estimated cost for each lot in acceptable forms including CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order - bids must be submitted electronically before deadline and original bid security must be submitted physically before closing time - contracts will be awarded on lot basis and bidders must quote rates for all items within each lot - performance guarantee of 10 percent required upon award of contract Pro Tip Ensure submission of lot wise bid security samples and complete item rates to avoid disqualification
