Supply Of Emergency Response Tents Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 29 tents comprising 27 SQM tents measuring 18x16x8 ft, 18 SQM tents measuring 12x16x8 ft, 15 personal tents measuring 7x3x3.5 ft and four gazebo tents measuring 10x10x8 ft. Total estimated cost is PKR 8,155,650 and bid security is PKR 163,113, equivalent to 2% of the estimated value. Manufacturers and authorized distributors registered with Pakistan tax departments and the Punjab e-Procurement System may participate. Bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the PDF upload method by 23 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened electronically at 11:30 AM the same day. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 shall apply. Bid security must be submitted electronically; physical CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted.
