Description
Repair of a 500 KVA Cummins diesel generator, model QXS-15-GB, near the Emergency Department of the hospital. Estimated repair cost is PKR 4,640,000 and bid security at 2% is PKR 92,800. Bidders must be reputable, experienced firms registered for GST/PST and Income Tax. Bidding documents are available free of cost from the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System. Electronic bids must be submitted by 18 November 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day. Hard copies are not required. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies. Bid security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee in the name of the Medical Superintendent is mandatory. The contractor must provide a one-year warranty on complete overhauling, repair work and replaced parts.
