Description
Procurement includes supply of furniture and fixture items under multiple lots including executive tables center tables beds chairs racks sofa sets workstations auditorium furniture and office almirahs - bidding will be conducted through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA rules - bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and submit bids lot wise along with technical samples and bid security at 3 percent of estimated cost for each lot - both technical and financial proposals must be submitted online and original bid security submitted before deadline - incomplete bids or missing rates for any item in a lot will be considered non responsive Pro Tip Ensure submission of samples bid security and complete lot wise rates to qualify for evaluation
