Description
Provision of continuous and uninterrupted management services for lifts and escalators at the Main Building, BSC, LRC and Bolton Market Building of State Bank of Pakistan, Karachi. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure, using Least Cost Based Selection. Bid security of Rs. 180,000 is required; the scanned copy must be uploaded with the bid and the original must reach the Engineering Department, Procurement Division, before bid opening. Manual bids are not accepted. Bids open at 12:30 p.m. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: This facilities-management contract covers lift and escalator operation and maintenance across multiple bank buildings.
