Sealed bids invited under single stage single envelope procedure for multiple civil works projects including - revamping of office facilities - PCC flooring and construction of sheds - repair and maintenance of office buildings - establishment of training labs and customer facilitation centers - construction and extension of office buildings - upgradation of facilities and residential structures - bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with relevant category and specialization and possess valid tax registrations with FBR and PRA - submission requires bid security earnest money performance guarantees and supporting documents including bank statements and completion certificates of similar works - additional security applicable for bids below threshold rates - all bids to be submitted electronically via EPADS and opened in presence of bidders Pro Tip Ensure compliance with PEC category requirements and attach verified completion certificates to avoid disqualification
