Sanitation Sweeper Services Hiring Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of four sanitation and sweeper personnel for the office of Assistant Director Agricultural Engineering (Workshop/Store), Lahore for Financial Year 2026-27. The total estimated procurement cost is Rs.1,449,000 inclusive of applicable taxes and bid security is Rs.28,980 equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure in accordance with Rule 38(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Eligible firms and companies registered with the relevant registration authorities for Financial Year 2026-27 may participate. Bidders must submit their best and final technical and financial proposals electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. A hard copy of the original financial instrument submitted as bid security must also be delivered to the procuring office before the closing time, in addition to uploading its soft copy on the electronic procurement system. Bidding documents and tender advertisements are available through the Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA website. Quoted prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, and statutory taxes shall be deducted at source. Negotiations are not contemplated. The contract shall be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all proposals under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
