Construction Of Park At Judicial Officers Residences Tender Notice

Construction of a park at the residences of judicial officers at Faisalabad Head Quarter. The estimated project cost is Rs.3,088,813 and earnest money or bid security is 5% amounting to Rs.154,441. The technical sanction reference is DIR(ENGG)/3815/HA-26 dated 2 November 2026, and the completion period is two months. Eligible contractors must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration for Financial Year 2026-27 in the relevant category and register their firms on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost must be deposited electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Physical CDRs, pay orders and bank guarantees will not be accepted. Quoted rates shall be downloaded from the electronic procurement system and announced in the office of the Deputy Director Engineering, Horticulture Agency, Faisalabad. Each page of the bid must be signed and stamped by the bidder. Only bids based on DNIT or BOQ downloaded directly from the official Punjab E-Procurement System shall be considered valid; rates quoted on departmental DNIT documents will not be accepted. The successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the bid amount electronically within 15 days of issuance of the letter under Rule 56 of the PPRA Rules. Failure to provide the guarantee shall result in cancellation of the tender and forfeiture of earnest money. Applicable taxes shall be paid by the contractor. Ornamental works and sculptures must be procured from approved sources under the supervision of the Engineer In-Charge. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under applicable PPRA Rules. A Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted under Chapter X, Serial No.67 of the PPRA Act. If the receiving or opening date is a public holiday, the next working day shall apply.
