Artwork, painting work and lane marking stencils at Municipal Committee Khanewal. The estimated cost is Rs.8,084,000 and bid security is Rs.404,200, equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost. Tenders are invited from contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with the registration system available on the Punjab e-Procurement System, Federal Board of Revenue, Punjab Revenue Authority, and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category. The lowest evaluated bidder must submit performance security or guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of receipt of the letter of intent, in favour of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Khanewal, through the electronic procurement system in the form of CDR or bank guarantee; no other form will be accepted. Bids will remain valid for 120 days. If the submission deadline falls on an official holiday, the deadline will move to the next working day. Bidders are responsible for uploading bids well before the deadline, and the procuring agency will not be responsible for portal-related submission issues. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
