Provision Of Janitorial Services For Government Offices Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of janitorial services through the provision of 20 sweepers for government offices under a framework contract initially continuing until June 2027. Technical and financial bids are invited from registered companies, firms and contractors through the Punjab E-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 5% of the total estimated cost must be furnished in the prescribed manner. Technical bids must include an affidavit on stamp paper confirming that the bidder has not been blacklisted, is not being proceeded against and is not involved in litigation. Bank certificates, statements or balance sheets must establish financial soundness of not less than PKR 50 million for each of the last three years. Financial bids must include applicable government taxes and duties. The successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount.
