Description
Construction of amenity buildings at W.W. Complex Sundar in three packages: Mosque and Janazgah (Package A), extension of Society Office (Package B), and construction of shops (Package C). The scope includes civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, infrastructure and allied building works, with materials, labour, formwork, tools and machinery. Firms must be registered on e-procurement, hold valid PEC licences in the required categories (C-4 and above for Package A; C-5 and above for Packages B and C), relevant specialization codes, active filer NTN and PNTN. Separate technical and financial bids with 5% bid security by CDR/bank guarantee are submitted electronically. The corrigendum states that bids open at 11:30 AM.
