Procurement Of Diesel Generator Sets Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of two CBU DCC 680 kVA diesel generator sets for National Database and Registration Authority under Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS), in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations, guidelines and instructions. Eligible bidders must be registered for income tax and sales tax and appear on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayer List. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 10 November 2026 at 1100 hours at Procurement Department, Headquarters NADRA, G-5/2, Islamabad. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by 16 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be entertained. Bid security must be provided through Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee, and the original instrument must be submitted before the bid submission deadline. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM through EPADS v2.0. Bidders are responsible for timely submission and any technical issues relating to their EPADS bidder module. NADRA reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 45 of PP Rules 2026.
