Procurement Of Medicines Medical Devices And Consumables Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medicines, medical devices and consumables for CT Scan machines for units and health facilities under the administrative control of Health and Population Department Punjab on framework contract basis for Financial Year 2026-27. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding under Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Eligible bidders must submit completed bids online through Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of not less than 5% of the estimated procurement price, as specified in the bidding documents, must be submitted electronically through the prescribed e-procurement mechanism. Physical financial instruments including CDR, Pay Order and Bank Guarantee will not be accepted. Bids must comply with the bidding documents. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Submission deadline is 23 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and bids will open at 11:30 AM.
