Hiring of security services for seven months during Financial Year 2026-27 for the Directorate General Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal Punjab. The procurement covers 12 security guards with an estimated monthly rate of PKR 60,000 per person and an estimated total cost of PKR 5,040,000 for seven months. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to PKR 100,800, and must be submitted electronically through e-PADS using the prescribed electronic mechanism. No physical financial instrument will be accepted. Successful bidders must furnish performance security in accordance with the bidding documents. Bidding will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must comply with category-wise wages under the Schedule of Wage Rates 2025 issued by the Finance Department, Government of Punjab, applicable minimum wage notifications and subsequent revisions. Quoted rates must include statutory contributions, taxes, insurance and service charges. Where an exact wage category is unavailable, the closest comparable category must be adopted with written justification. Detailed eligibility criteria, technical specifications, financial breakup and contractual conditions are provided in the bidding documents. Electronic bids must be submitted by 23 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM.
