Supply Of Electrical Mechanical Consumables And Probes Tender Notice

Description

Supply of electrical and mechanical consumables and probes under the PSDP project titled Development of Computer Controlled Fermenters and Production of Biochemicals and Bioproducts. The procurement comprises six lots: Lot 1, pH probes, cables and meter (quantity 8); Lot 2, dissolved oxygen (DO) probes, cables and meter (quantity 16); Lot 3, mass flow controller and modular programmable logic controller (PLC) (quantity 7); Lot 4, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) (quantity 2); Lot 5, heaters (quantity 2); and Lot 6, power supplies (quantity 20), making a total quantity of 55 items. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage-Two Envelopes Procedure through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System EPADS v2.0 under procurement reference P178263. Eligible bidders include registered manufacturers, sole agents, authorized dealers, suppliers and government contractors registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Electronic bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available to registered bidders through EPADS v2.0. Electronic bids must be submitted exclusively through EPADS by 23 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM. Earnest money must be deposited through bank draft or call deposit from a scheduled bank in favor of the Project Director, with lot-wise security of Rs. 500,000 for Lot 1, Rs. 880,000 for Lot 2, Rs. 160,000 for Lot 3, Rs. 80,000 for Lot 4, Rs. 20,000 for Lot 5 and Rs. 140,000 for Lot 6. Delivery shall be made on an F.O.R. basis at PCSIR Laboratories Complex, Lahore. PCSIR reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or proposals and make changes in the scope of work under applicable PPRA rules. A Grievance Redressal Committee has been notified under Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules 2004.
