Procurement and supply of 4-inch galvanized iron (GI) pipes, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes, fittings and accessories for rehabilitation and improvement of the water supply system at Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation Salt Mines, Warcha, District Khushab. Procurement is funded under the financial year 2026-27 and identified by reference P185871. Bids are invited from eligible bidders through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System EPADS v2.0. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under the Public Procurement Rules 2026 and applicable regulations, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the Authority. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount and form specified in the bidding documents, through Pay Order, Call Deposit or bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. Electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, technical specifications and requirements are available through EPADS v2.0 to registered bidders. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the procurement process. Electronic bids must be prepared according to the bidding document instructions and submitted exclusively through EPADS by 20 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
