Description

Procurement of veterinary equipment under the Annual Development Programme schemes CM Punjab: Rehabilitation of One Veterinary Hospital in Each Tehsil to Model Veterinary Hospital and CM Punjab: Provision of Mobile Veterinary Dispensaries for financial year 2026-2027. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 28,572,000. Eligible bidders include authorized distributors registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Complete bidding documents containing terms and conditions, technical specifications, and technical and financial proposal requirements are available free of cost through the Livestock and Dairy Development Department website and Punjab E-Procurement System. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated price of the complete package must be deposited in the Bank of Punjab against a Payment Slip ID (PSID) generated through the Punjab E-Procurement System. The scanned deposit receipt or paid PSID challan must be uploaded with the technical proposal. Electronic bids must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Technical bids will be opened electronically on the same day. Late bids and physical submissions will not be entertained. Clarification queries must be uploaded through the online portal.
