Procurement of supply and installation of emergency code system including code blue red and pink systems for hospital use ensuring operational emergency response infrastructure - procurement will be conducted through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - bidders must be financially sound and registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and submit bids electronically along with hard copy of bid security instrument equal to 2 percent of estimated cost - bidding documents available from EPADS and PPRA website without fee and bids must be submitted as per prescribed schedule with financial and technical proposals Pro Tip Ensure submission of both electronic and hard copy bid security to meet mandatory eligibility requirements
