Provision of comprehensive annual operation repair and maintenance services with replacement of parts for multiple hospital systems including HVAC systems of ICU and kidney center chillers color doppler ultrasound machines GE ultrasound machines ventilators generators and patient bed lifts covering Bahawal Victoria Hospital and SAH Hospital Bahawalpur - procurement will be conducted through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA rules - bidders must be tax registered and submit bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost with both electronic and original submission before deadline - bids will be opened electronically and evaluation based on technical and financial proposals Pro Tip Ensure submission of bid security and complete technical documentation for all equipment systems
