Provision of annual comprehensive repair and maintenance services with replacement of parts for multiple biomedical equipment including mammography machine portable X ray machines MRI machine anesthesia machines and laundry machines across hospital departments ensuring operational functionality and reliability - procurement will be conducted through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA rules - bidders must submit technical and financial proposals electronically along with bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost in form of CDR or bank guarantee with original submission before deadline - evaluation will be based on technical capability and financial proposal Pro Tip Ensure submission of complete technical documentation and original bid security to avoid disqualification
