Execution of multiple irrigation works including restoration of stone apron of J Head Spur No 3 damaged during flood 2024 - side protection of link canal branch at RD 140-142 upstream of Raikh Head Regulator - repairing stone pitching of Kadra canal and Matwah Oisty damaged during flood including structural rehabilitation and civil works to restore canal infrastructure - procurement will be conducted through EPADS using single stage single envelope procedure under PPRA rules on item rate basis - bidders must be PEC registered and submit bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated cost in form of CDR or bank guarantee with physical submission before deadline - bids will be opened in presence of committee and performance guarantee required from lowest bidder Pro Tip Ensure timely submission of original bid security and complete BOQ rates
