Academic Blocks School Buildings Construction Tender Notice
Description
Construction works including academic block III and construction of first floor for Block I and Block II at a public school campus including all associated civil works and structural development as per DNIT and BOQs - bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS system only and manual submissions are not allowed - bidders must submit original CDR in specified name before deadline - single stage single envelope procedure applies - bid opening will be conducted on same day in presence of committee and authorized representatives - bidders must be registered with PEC and EPADS - bids without earnest money or containing conditional or telephonic offers will be rejected - PPRA rules apply strictly and violation will result in disqualification - performance guarantee of 5 percent of bid cost must be deposited by lowest bidder within specified time - rates must be quoted item wise not percentage and incomplete bids will be rejected - estimated cost includes works with earnest money requirement - Pro Tip Ensure all bid documents are complete compliant and submitted electronically with valid earnest money to avoid disqualification
