Procurement of reserve stock stone for drainage works including supply and delivery as per DNIT and BOQs under single stage one envelope procedure through EPADS - bidders must be registered with PEC and PPRA and submit bids electronically - bid security required at specified percentage of estimated cost and must be submitted in form of bank guarantee or CDR - original documents to be submitted before opening time - bids will be opened in presence of bidders and manual submissions are not allowed - performance guarantee required from successful bidder - rates must be quoted item wise and incomplete bids will be rejected - Pro Tip Ensure EPADS submission compliance and proper bid security documentation to qualify for evaluation
