Engage a consulting firm to provide transaction advisory services including developing preparing and evaluating bidding documents and processes for resource recovery from municipal solid waste within jurisdiction - firms must submit technical and financial proposals through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure and also referenced single stage single envelope method as per applicable rules - eligibility requires registration with applicable tax authorities and active status on ATL and KPRA - proposals must be uploaded electronically duly signed and stamped with no manual or conditional submissions accepted - pre bid meeting scheduled on 16 April 2026 at 3:00 pm at designated conference venue - bid opening will be conducted at 11:30 am on the same day as submission - duties taxes and stamp duties applicable as per government directives Pro Tip Ensure complete compliant and digitally submitted proposals to avoid disqualification
