Construct a hospital facility on turnkey basis including civil works building automation system general electrical works medical equipment installation mechanical works and associated infrastructure - eligible contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C1 or above with specified specialization codes and must be active taxpayers registered for sales tax and income tax - tender documents available against non refundable fee of Rs 25000 with earnest money equal to 1 percent of bid amount in form of pay order or bank guarantee - sealed bids to be submitted physically and opened in presence of bidders representatives with evaluation as per provided terms Pro Tip Ensure compliance with PEC codes and complete financial securities before submission
