Procure IT equipment including laptops tablets desktop monitors and video controllers under lot wise procurement with requirement of technical and financial proposals under single stage two envelope procedure - bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and submit sealed bids with bid security as specified for each lot in form of pay order or CDR valid beyond bid validity - tender documents available against non refundable fee of PKR 10000 - bids must be submitted physically before deadline and opened in presence of bidders representatives - incomplete or non compliant bids will be rejected and bidders must quote inclusive of all taxes Pro Tip Attach correct bid security for each lot and ensure complete documentation
