Installation works including - Sky Cycling Zipline 400 feet for two persons as per specifications - High Rope Challenge Course as per specifications with complete setup and operational readiness at a resort site ensuring safety compliance and recreational functionality. Procurement will be conducted through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System with online bid submission in PDF format under single stage one envelope procedure. Bids will be opened at 11:00 am on the same day of submission. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council Income Tax and Sales Tax departments as active filers and E-PADS system with valid certificates. Bid security of 5 percent amounting to Rs 350000 in the form of CDR is required along with affidavit confirming non-blacklisting. Completion period is 60 days from issuance of work order.
