Procurement Of Dental Materials Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of dental materials under framework contract including supply of various dental items as per specifications provided in bidding documents ensuring quality standards and compliance with healthcare requirements. Procurement will be conducted through e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System under single stage two envelope bidding procedure with electronic submission of bids. Bids must include both brand names and generic names in technical and financial proposals. Bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost of quoted items must be submitted in acceptable financial instruments along with technical proposal and original submitted before opening time. Bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day of submission and remain valid for 180 days. Only registered manufacturers sole agents or importers with relevant tax registrations are eligible.
