Description
Supply of PVC tarpaulin towing boats including complete delivery as per specifications ensuring durability and operational suitability for water sports activities. Procurement will be conducted through E-PADS under single stage one envelope procedure with online submission of bids in PDF format. Bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day of submission. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council Income Tax and Sales Tax departments as active filers and E-PADS system. Bid security of 5 percent amounting to Rs 500000 must be submitted in the form of CDR along with affidavit of non-blacklisting. Completion period is 30 days from issuance of work order.
