Extraction and transportation of timber from compartment number 13 Tahliyan block including cutting handling loading and transportation of specified tree species with estimated standing volume and conversion into logs and sleepers as per departmental specifications up to designated depot ensuring compliance with forestry standards - Bidding will be conducted under single stage one envelope procedure and bidders must be registered NTN holders tax filers having required machinery including loader vehicles and skilled labor with bid security of 2 percent in shape of call deposit attached with tender form - Successful bidder will execute agreement within stipulated time and submit rates per cubic foot inclusive of all taxes and transportation costs while blacklisted or non compliant contractors are not eligible - Pro Tip: Verify volume estimates transport logistics and compliance requirements before submitting bids to ensure eligibility and accuracy
