Procurement includes repair and renovation works at multiple properties including EOBI field office Jhelum - building at Plot 105-A Allama Iqbal Road Lahore - field office Dera Ghazi Khan - regional office Bahawalpur - regional office Rahim Yar Khan covering civil works maintenance and refurbishment activities - bidding follows single stage one envelope procedure through EPADS with electronic submission - bidders must download documents from EPADS and submit bid fee of Rs 2500 along with separate bid securities for each lot including 100000 75000 150000 250000 and 250000 respectively through bank draft pay order or bank guarantee - eligibility requires registration with SECP FBR NTN GST or SRB and valid PEC registration category C-6 or above along with affidavit of non-blacklisting and company credentials - bids must be submitted online before deadline and will be opened in presence of bidders at specified time - Pro Tip: ensure submission of separate bid security for each lot and upload scanned copies with complete documentation
