Procurement includes solarization of existing tube wells rehabilitation of DWSS and installation of solar based community tube wells across multiple locations under development projects covering engineering works installation and commissioning of solar powered water supply systems - bidding follows single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS with electronic submission - bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost required in form of CDR along with document submission - bids must remain valid for 90 days and incomplete or late bids will be rejected - opening scheduled same day after submission deadline - Pro Tip: ensure accurate cost estimation and submission of all mandatory documents to avoid rejection
