Description
Electronic tenders are invited for procurement and construction works including procurement of truck mounted water bowzers with specifications such as capacity 8000 liters - elliptical type - SS-304 grade material with 5 mm thickness - baffle plates - steel base frame - suction and discharge hoses with couplers - Honda petrol engine driven water pump and complete chassis assembly as approved by engineer incharge as well as construction of 04 garages in districts Bahawalpur Bahawalnagar and Rahim Yar Khan; bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and submit bids through e-procurement system under PPRA Rules 2014; bids must be submitted on item rate basis through BOQ and incomplete or percentage rate bids will be rejected as non responsive; bid security of 5 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR is mandatory and original CDR along with valid PEC license must be submitted before opening; performance guarantee is required from successful bidder as per PPRA rules; bids will be opened in presence of bidders and evaluated on compliance and lowest evaluated basis; Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure accurate BOQ item rate entry proper CDR submission and strict adherence to e-tendering procedure to avoid disqualification.
