Day To Day Purchase Medicines Framework Contract Supply Tender Notice
Description
Electronic bids are invited for framework contract for supply of M20 day to day purchase medicines for financial year 2025-26 including all required pharmaceutical items under routine hospital demand; eligible bidders must possess valid Centralized Drug Sales License and be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities and must not be blacklisted; bidding will be conducted through e-procurement system under single stage two envelope procedure where technical and financial proposals are submitted separately; bidders must submit bid security of 2 percent of estimated price in form of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order before closing date; bids will be opened electronically and evaluated based on compliance and lowest financial offer; procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended; Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure compliance with licensing requirements proper bid security submission and accurate electronic proposal upload to maintain eligibility.
