Description
Electronic bids are invited for construction of groundwater recharge wells including civil works installation and associated infrastructure at multiple specified urban locations; procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under single stage single envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014; bidders must be PEC registered and submit earnest money of 182500 rupees in prescribed form prior to opening; bids must include complete BOQ rates and be uploaded online within deadline; incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected; Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure accurate BOQ submission and timely deposit of bid security to qualify for evaluation.
