Procurement Holograms Smart Id Cards Tender Notice
Description
Electronic bids are invited for procurement of DOVIDs holograms for polycarbonate based smart identity cards including secure printing materials and authentication features; procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope international bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules; bidders must submit bid security of 3500000 rupees and comply with all technical specifications and submission requirements through EPADS; incomplete or non compliant bids will be rejected; all items and specifications must be strictly adhered to as per tender document.
