Procure pneumatic boats with outboard motors including complete supply of 40 units with specified cost structure and delivery period of 60 days ensuring operational readiness for disaster management activities - procurement to be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope method through E-PADS - bidders must submit electronic technical and financial bids via E-PADS with bid opening at 12:30 PM on the same day - bid security of 3 percent of estimated cost must be submitted in shape of CDR DD or bankers cheque along with technical bid - bidders must be registered with Income Tax Sales Tax PRA and FBR Active Taxpayers List and provide NTN PRA and Sales Tax certificates - sample boat or technical brochure required before closing date Pro Tip Ensure complete compliance with e-tendering submission and documentation requirements to avoid disqualification
