Provide bullet proofing services for Toyota Hilux Revo GR-S and Toyota Fortuner Sigma4 vehicles including full armoring and protection systems as per specifications - procurement through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure with electronic bid submission - bids must be submitted by 12:00 noon and opened at 12:30 PM on same day - bidders must submit 3 percent bid security and provide technical and financial proposals with complete documentation and samples - performance guarantee of 10 percent required after award Pro Tip Ensure compliance with vehicle specifications and submission of required samples to qualify
