Provision of health insurance services for employees including indoor and outdoor patient coverage for approximately 2000 employees and 9300 covered persons - Procurement to be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope procedure - Bidders must be registered with SECP Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and submit proposals with bid security of 200000 rupees in favor of Treasurer - Technical proposals must include the services areas hospitals on panel cities under coverage in Pakistan and company profile
