Construction works including general bus stand office building block shops cafeteria and washrooms for municipal committee project bidders must be registered with PEC FBR PRA and PPRA bids to be submitted through EPADS using single stage single envelope procedure with bid security in form of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order original bid security required before submission deadline bids will be opened on same day procurement governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 Pro Tip Upload bids early on EPADS and ensure submission of original bid security to avoid rejection
